At the Young Art & Design Competition (YADC), which celebrates forward-thinking creative solutions by emerging talents, Blicket took home the win in the Digital Category.
The Concept
Today’s commuters often scroll through social media aimlessly. Blicket transforms that idle travel time into a meaningful news moment by integrating Blick+ directly into the SBB EasyRide app. When users swipe their train ticket, they get automatic access to premium news content for the duration of their journey—turning "Reisezeit" into "Newszeit". By placing news where people already are—in transit and on their phones—Blicket redefines how young audiences engage with journalism.
